What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential dwelling in order to identify observed material defects within specific components of said dwelling.  Components include a combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing and other essential systems or portions of the home as identified and agreed to by the client and inspector prior to the inspection process.

Our Process
Our inspections typically take anywhere from 2.5 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home.  We will begin with the exterior and work our way into the interior and mechanical areas of the home.  We will continuously utilize a thermal imaging camera and other high tech equipment.  This gives us a better idea of what is going on behind the walls and other areas of the home.

Within 24 hours after the inspection is complete, clients will receive a detailed computer generated report complete with pictures via email and a bound hard copy shortly after.
